Return window

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt.

Conditions

• Items must be unworn and unwashed
• Original tags and packaging must be intact
• Items with visible signs of use will be refused

Return costs

Return costs are at the customer’s expense.

Return process

Returns must be registered in advance by e-mail.

Return shipment risk

The customer is responsible for the return shipment. We recommend always using a trackable shipping method. If a return package is lost, no refund can be issued without proof of shipment.

Refund

After receipt and approval, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days.
