2. Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through the Label Garment B.V. webshop, worldwide.

3. Offer and agreement

All offers are without obligation. The agreement is concluded once the order has been confirmed by e-mail.

4. Prices and costs

All prices include VAT (where applicable) and exclude shipping costs. International orders may be subject to import duties and local taxes, which are at the customer’s expense.

5. Payment

Payment must be made in advance using the payment methods offered.

6. Delivery

We strive for fast worldwide delivery. Delivery times are indicative. Within the European Union, the risk of shipment passes to the customer once the order has been delivered to the address provided. For orders outside the EU, the risk may pass to the customer earlier, depending on the carrier and local legislation.

7. Shipping issues

If a package is lost or delayed, Label Garment B.V. will make every effort to resolve this with the carrier. However, we depend on external logistics partners and cannot guarantee delivery times or the outcome of investigations.

8. Right of withdrawal

The consumer has the right to return an order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason.

9. Return conditions

Return shipments are at the customer’s expense and must comply with the return policy.

10. Warranty and complaints

Complaints must be reported by e-mail within 7 days of receipt.

11. Liability

Label Garment B.V. is not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage or loss of profit.

12. Applicable law

All agreements are governed by Dutch law.
